Cancellation Policy
Charges and process for cancelling or changing a confirmed holiday.
This Cancellation Policy explains the charges that may apply if you cancel or change a confirmed holiday. Your booking confirmation will state the exact policy for your trip, which takes priority over this general policy.
How to cancel
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email or WhatsApp. The date we receive your written request is used to calculate any charges.
General cancellation charges
Unless your confirmation states otherwise, the following indicative charges apply per person:
- More than 30 days before departure: booking amount retained.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: up to 50% of the holiday cost.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: up to 75% of the holiday cost.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: up to 100% of the holiday cost.
Non-refundable services
Flights, visas, peak-season hotel stays, cruises, special events and some promotional rates may be fully non-refundable from the time of booking. These will be highlighted in your quotation.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed after deducting applicable charges and are paid to the original payment method, usually within 15 to 30 working days after we receive refunds from suppliers.
Changes by us
If we have to make a significant change to your confirmed holiday, we will offer an alternative of similar standard or a refund for services not provided.
